ORDER TIMELINE

Our company handcrafts all products and ships within 3 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.


HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade. Additionally, colors of products may vary due to display settings.

SHIPPING

Our company ships through USPS to the US, Canada, and the UK.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We charge a low, weight-based shipping rate to be fair to all customers.

* We offer free shipping for orders over $75 for US Residents.

Timeline

Your product will ship from the great state of Texas within 3 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary.

But, typically you should have your order within 7 days for US Orders.

If, your package is being shipped internationally this time can vary significantly depending on customs and travel times.

*Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Oleo Custom is not responsible for delays due to customs.


RETURNS

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item(s) to initiate a return/exchange. If more than 3 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return/exchange, we require that you email us within 3 days of delivery and that the item(s) be mailed back within 7 days of delivery. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase may be required.

Personalized and/or customized goods, gift cards, t-shirts, & item(s) not in their original condition are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping) to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

If your exchange is approved, we will ship your replacement item(s) within 5 business days.

Oleo Custom reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% for returns/exchanges.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items/items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
